Institutions won’t join prior to regulation which itself in my view is the needle that bursts the ICO bubble. So first the bubble bursts. Then institutions join – first Bitcoin and maybe Ethereum. Then, once ICOs satisfy security regulations AND offer more than just a promise on using a service and paying for it, ICOs will become an established form of financing and institutions join these.
