Thank you. I do not believe governments will kill this innovation (but to address your question it will be the US and the EU that give out the guidance most others will then follow and adopt). I believe regulation will be a positive catalyst and I think the issue lies mostly with security token as described, not Bitcoin.
Regarding people hoping for BTC to fall 90% though — just so you know that is what people were hoping in the .com bubble. But once everyone is invested those -90% hurt and most people actually never buy then and walk away. I am positive on Bitcoin, only I do not share your optimism it the sanity of the approach many people choose when investing in it. Most people are not as cautious when the bubble always rewards them for risk as you describe.
